Dale and his wife Jean have been married for 45 years and have been in ministry for the past 40 years. Dale has served as a senior pastor for 20
years and for 20 years has been a catalyst in numerous congregations around the world in restoring a passion for prayer and revival. He has also served as a prophetic voice to leading churches across America; where his ministry has stirred hope and reconciliation.

He is currently mobilizing thousands of Christians to pray for another spiritual awakening in America as part of the Breakout Prayer Network; which he serves as president. The vision was birthed in 1996 after leading prayer in the White House. Individuals around the world pray with him daily via his Gathering Manna Prayer Series.

Dale and Jean now live in Argyle, Texas where they have resumed their traveling ministry; serving the nations as a prayer and prophetic voice.
